Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, that’s why we offer a 7-day, hassle free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to send back unused merchandise in their original condition, with all wrapping intact for refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from our return department. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be free of scents, odors, hair and marks. Therefore, try to avoid the use of perfume and or deodorant when trying on merchandise. Any cushion returned used, soiled or mark within the 7-day return period will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.

We recommend returning these items with tracking as our return department must confirm receipt of the item before a refund can be processed.

Please allow us 7-10 business days from the time your package arrives at our return department to process your refund. Refund will be credited via your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The buyer is responsible for postage costs for all returns & exchanges.

Once again, we do not provide pre-paid return labels you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return merchandise.

 

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Roandfay Recovery does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. Therefore, if this does happen returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
